What affects the cost
Custom furniture has no fixed price because no two projects are identical. Here are the 6 main variables that explain the difference between an 8,000 € quote and a 30,000 € one for the same room.
Stejar masiv vs. MDF vopsit, furnir naturale vs. melamină. Diferența între cel mai accesibil și premium poate fi de 2-3x pentru aceeași piesă.
Lungimea liniară de mobilier, înălțimea (până la tavan vs. standard 2.10m), curburi, decupaje speciale, integrări cu structura clădirii.
Balamale Blum/Hettich, ghidaje soft-close, sisteme push-to-open, iluminat LED integrat, fronturi cu mecanism vertical, panouri retroiluminate.
Cuptor încastrat, plită, hotă, frigider, mașină de spălat vase — incluse separat sau prin partener autorizat. Influențează doar costurile, nu manopera.
Pentru proiecte din Constanța — inclus în preț. Pentru București / restul țării — calculat separat, în funcție de volum și distanță.
Standard: 4-8 săptămâni de la comanda fermă. Express (3-4 săptămâni) cu surcharge ~15%. HoReCa sezonier — termenele se ajustează la calendar.
